1 cup v60 1:16.5 196' water, 2 pour + bloom, 7.7 Ode with ssp. t90. Ilse Shoondhisa by Ture Waji. I went with a little more extraction to pull out more flavor since it's a natural. On the final pour I went with larger circles then smaller ones. Also I extended the ratio .5. It's a medium extraction and more approachable than some of the delicate low extraction cups I make. There is a lot of berry especially blueberry, lime leaf and some stone fruits like peach and plum. This cup is your classic pourover.
