Some folks know things they were never told. Around Hollow Reed, there’s a name people mention when something happens that nobody could have known about. Crooked Eye Cole. He wanders the swamp in an old mud-caked coat, with a crooked-eared hound always at his side, and carries a strange reputation. He never asks for silver, never demands a favor, and never explains how he knows what he knows. Some say he’s just a man with an unusual gift. Others believe the swamp has shown him things no living person should ever see. But there’s one question nobody seems able to answer… Who is Crooked Eye Cole, really? A dark folk-rap tale of swamp secrets, haunting banjo, deep rhythms, and the unsettling feeling that someone already knows what you haven’t said. Whenever you hear the banjo, the story has already begun. 🌿 THE SWAMP GOES DEEPER Members get early access to selected public releases, while Story Keepers receive additional exclusive tales from the swamp. Old Moss Jack is a cinematic folk-rap storytelling project built from swamp folklore, banjo, harmonica, dark Southern Gothic atmosphere and strange tales from a world hidden beyond the black water. Every song is a legend from the swamp. Whenever you hear the banjo, the story has already begun. 🌐 More tales: https://oldmossjack.com 🔔 Subscribe for a new tale every week. © 2026 Old Moss Jack.
