This HCIN 620 lecture examines how the UX lifecycle works in practice. It explains iteration within and across UX activities, criteria for moving between phases, and how UX design can align with Agile software engineering. The lecture also examines how work-domain and interaction complexity influence the design process and introduces Mayhew’s Usability Engineering Lifecycle.
