Werro vs Hodgkinson vs Broeders-Bol · Women's 800m Final · SPAR EURO

A brutal semi-final fall. A championship final. Can the athlete who hit the track hardest come back and race the best field of her career? The women's 800m final at SPAR EURO in Birmingham brings together a field with genuine claims across the board — Keely Hodgkinson, the reigning champion with a crowd that treats her like a superstar, Femke Broeders-Bol making one of the boldest event switches in recent European athletics, and Audrey Werro carrying the physical and mental weight of what happened in the semi. Jemma Reekie, Eloisa Coiro, Gabija Galvydytė and the rest of this ten-woman line-up mean no lap is going to be forgiving.
