The surrounding neighborhoods feature a mix of older ranch-style homes, historic properties, townhomes, and newer development. *Agritopia:* One of Gilbert’s most distinctive communities, built around an urban farm and designed with tree-lined streets, front porches, restaurants, shops, and gathering spaces. It’s also just minutes from Santan Village, making it easy to enjoy even more shopping, dining, and entertainment. *Morrison Ranch:* Known for its white fences, lakes, large grassy areas, mature landscaping, walking paths, and farmhouse-inspired architecture.
