Mumbai is a dynamic city, known for its bustling energy, iconic landmarks, and thriving business and entertainment hubs. The airport itself offers excellent viewpoints to watch planes take off and land, providing a thrilling aviation experience. Mumbai is a key gateway to both domestic and international travel, with frequent connections to major global cities across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. With its strategic location, the airport plays a pivotal role in connecting India to the world. This video was filmed from a few locations around BOM, including the famous mound on the end of runway 27, although security didn't allow the shoot to last for very long! A few other angles include a residential complex and the Fairfield hotel just north of the airfield. This video focuses entirely on widebody aircraft I have been able to catch at BOM. A lot of heavy aircraft operate at night and I unfortunetly couldn't find a way to make night filming work on this trip.
