A Full Week in Salou — Our First Time Visiting

First time visiting Salou and not going to Benidorm on our summer holiday lol. 30 degree heat the whole week, morning beach walks, nice food and chilling by the pool. I still trained every day because that's just me, but this was very much a deload week. Movement for the sake of feeling good rather than chasing anything. We also hired an outdoor bike and went for a bike ride for the first time in over 20 years. Not the static bike. An actual bike and I really enjoyed it. Great week, feeling rested & recharged.
