Lecture 59: Laser Produced Plasma and Pulsed Laser Deposited (PLD) Thin Film

In this lecture, we discuss the application of plasma in the field of thin film formation. It is very easy to generate plasma by laser-ablating the material. Pulsed laser deposition (PLD) is a very useful technique in the field of thin film formation. A detailed discussion on the fundamentals of the PLD technique has also been carried out.
