I Fixed the AMG GT3’s Biggest Problem! | PMR Setup Explained

The AMG GT3 has plenty of potential in Project Motor Racing, but its default setup suffers from heavy understeer and poorly balanced brake temperatures. The rear brakes were getting hot while the fronts stayed cold, and my default laps were only in the low-to-mid 1:54s. In this video, I explain every change used to improve the AMG—including tire pressures, brake ducts, springs, dampers, bump stops, alignment, ride height, brake balance, differential, electronics and steering settings. The result is a much sharper, more responsive AMG GT3 that produced a 1:52.700! The tuned run carried 5.9 gallons of fuel compared with 11 gallons in the default setup, so the reduced weight contributed to the lap-time improvement. However, the difference in handling, rotation and overall confidence was immediately noticeable. The finished setup is labeled 2.2.0.0.1 in the video.
