WoW Classic Plus Leveling Is a HUGE Problem

Is leveling in WoW Classic actually ready for Classic Plus? I love the Classic leveling experience, but I think there are some BIG questions we need to ask before bringing it into a new Classic Plus experience. Should Classic Plus have level caps like Season of Discovery? How long should each phase last? Should we have a prestige system that lets players restart at level 1? How long should it realistically take to reach max level when most of us have jobs, families, and limited time to play? And what about transportation? Should we have access to mounts earlier? Could systems like wagons, transport NPCs, or instant instance travel help improve the experience without taking away what makes Classic feel like Classic? I don't think Classic Plus needs to make leveling faster.
