Whether you're working on melodic phrasing, developing your improvisation, or simply looking for a huge 80’s rock track to jam over, there’s plenty of space here for sustained bends, singing vibrato, flowing legato, melodic sequences, and big arena-style guitar solos. 💡 *Pro Tip:* The track is based around A Major, so the A Major scale and A Major Pentatonic are great starting points. But listen carefully to where each section begins — you can use the changing tonal emphasis to give your solos a completely different feel. When a section centres around the I chord (A), think A Ionian / A Major for a bright, resolved sound. When the progression emphasises the IV chord (D), try thinking D Lydian. When sections centre around the vi chord (F# minor), shift your phrasing toward *F# Aeolian (Natural Minor) for a more emotional, minor-key sound. The notes remain the same — A, B, C#, D, E, F#, G# — but changing which chord tones you target can make each section feel completely different.
