In this vlog, I’m enjoying the last days of summer in Sweden. I’m making pasta with some of the many tomatoes I was given, spending a little time in the garden and picking the last blueberries of the season. There are also a few unexpected chanterelles, rainy skies, apples and the first small signs of autumn at home. These moments were filmed over a few days in August and September in Sweden. Ingredients: Pasta Fresh tomatoes Garlic Butter Red wine vinegar Salt and black pepper Parmesan cheese Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Melt some butter in a pan and gently cook the chopped garlic. Add the tomatoes and let them cook until softened. Add a splash of red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Then take the pan off the heat and toss in the cooked pasta, adding a little pasta water if needed. Finish with grated Parmesan. Thank you for spending some time with me. I hope you enjoy the vlog!
