Encoding items in Minecraft (4 of 5) - practical design

Heather joins me while we look at faster and more compact item encoders. Some of these use a technique we haven't covered yet called "bit-grouping" (from ‪@DatNerd‬) which lets us use 20ish less item filters while still encoding the same amount of items.
