Winnie Byanyima has visited her husband Kizza Besigye at Mulago Hospital and expresses shock at the state of his health. Byanyima, the UNAIDS Executive Director says Besigye's health remains fragile and demands that the government of Uganda respects his rights as a patients. She says Besigye is receiving care in the High Dependency Unit of Mulago Hospital. Besigye has been admitted at Mulago Hospital ICU after he collapsed during a court session in the High Court. #freebesigye
