UkPsychCareers: Dealing with Failure on the PWP course - You got this!

Hey guys, It's Fatema! so I've just experienced a failure in life with a course I'm currently on, and its been a pretty dark week since I got my results. After a week of multiple meltdowns I decided to pull myself out of it by thinking deeply about why I had been putting so much emphasis on this small set back in life. It was time to give myself a pep talk and push my way back out of my hole and get the support and resources I need to make this better. I wanted to help anyone else out who's dealing with the same sort of thing. Even if you're not and its completely different, I hope this video can help you get motivated as failure isn't there to define our future.
