The Model Kidnapped and Auctioned on the Dark Web

In July 2017, 20 year old British model Chloe Ayling traveled to Milan for what she believed was a professional photoshoot. Instead, she was drugged with ketamine, abducted, transported inside a suitcase, and held captive for six days by men claiming to represent the dark web organization known as the Black Death Group. After her unexpected release, investigators uncovered ransom emails, disturbing computer files, surveillance footage, and evidence connecting brothers Łukasz and Michał Herba to the kidnapping.
