Ancient Roman | Ambience & Music - Emperor Augustus' Balcony

21 BC: The Empire has entered an era of peace after a tumultuous decade. With a long day of work in the Senate behind you, you retire to your private chambers and decide to relax on your baclony on a mild summer night. The lights of Rome flicker below you as you take a sip of mulled red wine. The world is yours. And the people of Rome sleep undisturbed tonight. This video has been remastered. Listen to the new version here:    • Emperor Augustus’ Balcony | Ancient Roman ...   This soundscape is inspired by the atmosphere of past and imagined worlds, and is created for relaxation, focus, writing, meditation, and sleep, not as a historical reconstruction.
