And just like that, our graduation is over. Four years of countless little moments have slowly come to an end. Our journey began at a rather unusual time, during lockdown, with online classes. Through those small Zoom screens, we knew each other by name and voice, but most of the faces were still unfamiliar. And then, somehow, those unfamiliar faces became the people we spent our days with late night tea at Jabbar, sudden picnics, excursions, endless assignments, last night exam preps, and quiet afternoons on the banks of the Brahmaputra River. We didn’t realize back then that we were living through some of the best days of our lives. Maybe that’s what 220 and 284, the famous Amicable Numbers, remind us of. Two different numbers, yet somehow connected, each one leading back to the other. Perhaps some friendships are like that too: different paths, different lives, but always carrying a little piece of each other. And with that, the journey of FE-20 comes to an end. Blessed to have been a part of FE-20. I’m truly grateful that I got to be one of them. A special appreciation to my all rounder friend K. J.
