The exterior of this property in Astoria, Queens hadn't been cleaned in over 15 years. It was covered in dirt, algae, seed & leaf stains, bacteria, etc. It was a high foot traffic area, so we cordoned off the area with caution tape & cones which allowed us to move around without issues. The front was pressure washed and treated for an extremely satisfying result. No one could believe that this beautiful stonework had been trapped underneath all that grime & filth for so many years.
