Repairing the MoonRoof / sunroof on my Lexus LS400

My moonroof which is actually a sun roof does not open all the way and always says its open on the dash. Removing the motor showed quite a bit of rust. cleaning this along with the cables seemed to do the trick. Not the best video I've made by any means, but I couldn't even put my top round the right way that day it seems lol. I couldn't find much online for the later LS400 models so I hope this helps. I do have a full moonroof ASSY in my garage so let me know any questions. I used WD40 silicon specialist to lubricate the rails, although some people say you should lubricate these due to the rust I didn't have much choice! If you lose track of the motor position push the rails to the back and spin the motor the open position. this should then get you close to the right position at least.
