Notes for ICD-10-CM Book

ICD-10-CM coding is complicated! It is important to write in notes in your code book to help find the correct code quickly. These notes may be in the Tabular List or Alphabetic Index - reminders of the guidelines, a way to find a subterm quickly, or a note to refer you to another term. This video provides some common notes that will help you find codes more quickly.
