Lagos, Portugal - a fantastic introduction to the Algarve

I drove away from the Costa del Sol up to Seville and then over to a new-to-me country: Portugal! I drove straight to Lagos where I checked into my hotel/apartment for a four-day stay. While it rained two of the days, I did get to enjoy one perfect day walking along the coastline admiring the incredible rock formations, the colors of the ocean, and sounds of crashing waves. It was bliss.
