DAY 1 - CRAZY New York Knicks Final and flying BA First Class for the first time!

We flew from London to New York and I got to experience British Airway's first class lounge and cabin! It was such a great experience, and the Captain + Co-Pilot even invited Alex and I into the cockpit. The British Airways first class lounge food and on board menu was incredibly great quality and the experience was fantastic! It was my first time in NYC and on arrival we realised that we arrived the day of the NY Knicks Final. a VERY special evening for the New Yorkers. The crowds, the celebrations, the cops and tension turning into celebration, hugs, tears, and happy chaos.... it was ALL happening! Amidst all that was the hosting of the world cup as well. the City was alive. its my first time visiting america - having been raised in the Philippines, this was a big bucket list item for me. Living in London and parts of England for more than a decade now I've only just unlocked America as a destination so I was super excited for this trip with Alex.
