The ferry is tied to the landing, the lanterns are lit, and three blue lights hover beyond the reeds. Across the marsh, a single window glows in the old manor. There is time to watch the water before deciding whether to cross. Settle into green velvet beneath the boathouse rafters for two hours of mysterious fantasy music, gentle water sounds, and a quiet 528 Hz layer. The Wispkeeper's Landing is an autumn refuge for ghost stories, writing, reading, studying, or a quiet Halloween evening. Look for The Kept Star carved into the settle's wooden back. REALM OMEN & FOLKLORE — THE LIGHT THAT WANDERS A light appears among the reeds. It seems close enough to be a traveller's lantern—until it moves where no path can follow. In British Goblins, published in 1880, Wirt Sikes describes the Welsh Ellylldan, a fairy fire that dances over marshy ground and draws late wanderers after it. He sets it beside the English will-o'-the-wisp: a light whose invitation could lead someone away from firm ground. In one poetic account he preserves, the glow dwindles when the watcher stops, then brightens and glides ahead as soon as he follows. At last it joins other lights in a slow, circling dance. Here, those old marsh lights wait beyond the reeds. The lanterns on the landing offer a different invitation: a seat, a little warmth, and somewhere to stay while the mist gathers. MUSICAL CHAPTERS — FIRST JOURNEY 0:00 — The Other Shore 2:41 — The Veil Between Gardens 5:33 — Beyond the Silver Willow 8:02 — The Hall Beneath the Lagoon 10:59 — Ancient Blessing 13:46 — Mist-Shrouded Sacred Landscape The musical sequence returns throughout the two-hour ambience with gentle crossfades. SOUND & ATMOSPHERE Six tracks from The Kept Star's existing collection, with delicate source-derived musical shimmer, low synthesized water lapping, and a separate quiet 528 Hz tone. The source music keeps its original tuning and tempo. No added rain, wind, bells, or hearth noise. Small water ripples, drifting mist, warm lantern light and softly shimmering wisps accompany a fixed view. The ferry, book, furniture and walkways remain still.
