Can I make a half-time beat that feels like 4am?

Trying this experiment to help with writer's block, something we all deal with. I have three jars. Sound, mood, rule. I pull one paper slip from each and make an eight-bar loop from whatever comes out. Spend about an hour on it, no overthinking, just get it out the system.
