Venice, Italy: We made the most of our get away day by taking a tour of Saint Mark's Basilica, Doge's Palace, crossing the Bridge of Sighs to the Dungeon and taking a gondola ride on Venice's Canals. We ate lunch at Ostaria Ae Botti on Giudecca Island and then left for Chioggia where our Viking Cruise ship waited to depart for trip down the Adriatic Sea.
