MUTUAL BENEFIT - a South African surf film feat Matt Koen & Jack Dower

Mutual Benefit is an independent South African surf film following a board shaper (Dower Surfboards) and fin maker (Good For You Fin Co.) during a weekend of hunting remote waves along our southern coast surrounded by beautiful and unique scenery. Nature is full of symbiotic relationships. Completely different species combining their unique abilities to align on a common goal, allowing both parties to grow and improve. But what could be more mutually beneficial than the relationship between board shaper and fin maker. One simply cannot exist without the other, and a deeply intertwined friendship is developed as both craftsmen explore the different ways in which the combination of their craft allows them to ride the face of a wave. This is a brief glimpse into such a relationship shared between Matt Koen of Good For You Fin Co. and Jack Dower of Dower Surfboards.
