Concord NH Contra Sept. 19, 2026

This was the monthly dance held at the Concord Community Center, and this one honored the one held 25 years ago, just after 9/11, when many events were being cancelled. At the break, some began to sing America the Beautiful, and soon, all joined in, beginning a monthly tradition of a sing-a-long at the end of the break which continues to this day. The song chosen for this event? You guessed it - America the Beautiful. In addition this was a celebration of Dave Harris and his many years of organizing the Concord dance, now retiring, handing the reins to Liberty Mildner.
