The Pike Were FIRED UP Before This Storm! | Kayak Pike Fishing

The pike were fired up before this storm rolled in. 🎣 I headed out in the kayak at the end of August and found the northern pike especially aggressive around the weed edges. Most of the action came on a Mepps Black Fury, with one of the best hits coming on a Whopper Plopper. I usually catch a lot of largemouth bass in this area, but this trip was all about the pike — except for one bass that managed to show up. Thanks for watching and coming along for the trip! #PikeFishing #KayakFishing #NorthernPike #Fishing #Mepps #WhopperPlopper #TopwaterFishing #FreshwaterFishing #BassFishing #Outdoors
