In this vlog, we work on fixing the power supply for our agricultural water pump motor. Our old electrical wire had developed too many joints over the 3.5-acre distance from our house, causing voltage drops and reducing the motor's water output [00:32]. To solve this issue, we bought new wire coils along with strong bamboo poles (bans) to safely elevate the wire: • Digging Holes: Using an earth auger machine (varma), we dug deep holes in the ground for the bamboo poles [01:42]. • Weather & Setup: Despite strong winds and a sudden weather shift [05:15], we secured the bamboo poles firmly using a concrete mix of cement, gravel, and sand to withstand storms [06:11]. • Installing the New Wiring: After letting the concrete dry for four days, we elevated and strung the new heavy electrical wire across the bamboo poles all the way to the water motor [07:15]. • Results: With the new wire setup complete, voltage issues are resolved and the motor is now pumping water significantly better [10:12]!
