Signal Tracer Restoration : Taylor Model 22

Signal Tracer Restoration : Taylor Model 22 Purchased from Ebay, this Taylor Model 22 Electronic Faultfinder is a British made valve based signal tracer which is a useful addition to any workbench. I bought it condition untested and it had a cracked black bakelite case and was covered in dust and dirt. I decided to do a rebuild of the electronics and repair the case and put it into service on my own workbench. In this video I take it apart, clean it, fix the damaged case and rebuild all of the electronics with new components apart from 3 capacitors, the valves and the speaker.
