自從白熾燈問世,白熾燈、螢光燈、LED、OLED 本質都屬於發熱型發光,大量電能轉換成廢熱,不僅耗電也加速元件老化損壞。
鈣鈦礦電致發光技術可以近乎不產生熱量,材料可製成可印刷、可彎曲的發光薄膜,在照明、顯示面板、汽車燈光、醫療工業場景具備巨大潛力,有望解決燒屏、散熱、高成本等老技術痛點。
目前該技術雖在實驗室取得重大突破,但仍要克服環境穩定性、大尺寸量產、成本控制等工程難題,距離全面走進大眾生活還需要時間。
中國在鈣鈦礦光伏與發光領域累積大量專利與研究成果,在這條下一代光源賽道處於全球領先位置。
Since the invention of incandescent lamps, incandescent lights, fluorescent lamps, LED and OLED all work via heat‑generating luminescence. Massive electric power turns into waste heat, which wastes energy and accelerates component aging.
Perovskite electroluminescence technology produces nearly zero heat. The material can be made into printable and flexible luminous thin‑films. It has huge potential in lighting, display panels, automotive lamps, medical and industrial scenarios, and may fix pain‑points such as burn‑in, heat dissipation and high costs of old‑generation tech.
Though achieving major breakthroughs in labs, it still faces engineering obstacles including environmental stability, large‑scale mass‑production and cost‑control. It will take time before it fully enters ordinary households.
China has accumulated abundant patents and research achievements in perovskite photovoltaic and luminescence, taking a global‑leading position in this next‑generation light‑source track.
