എട്ടാം ക്ലാസിൽ പഠിക്കുമ്പോൾ അച്ഛനെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു. തുടർന്ന് അമ്മയുടെ തണലിലാണ് ജീവിതം മുന്നോട്ട് പോയത്. ഡിഗ്രി പഠനകാലത്ത് അമ്മയ്ക്ക് സ്ട്രോക്ക് വന്നതോടെ ബിൻഷയും സഹോദരനും വലിയ പ്രതിസന്ധികളിലൂടെയാണ് കടന്നുപോയത്. ശാസ്താംകോട്ട DB കോളേജിൽ നിന്ന് B.Com പഠിച്ച ശേഷം MBAയും പൂർത്തിയാക്കി. വിവാഹത്തിന് ശേഷം ഭർത്താവിന്റെ പിന്തുണയോടെയാണ് അബുദാബിയിലേക്ക് ജോലി തേടി എത്തിയത്. മകളെയും അമ്മയെയും ഭർത്താവിനെ ഏൽപ്പിച്ച്, ഒരു സാധാരണ CVയുമായി നിരവധി സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ വാതിലുകൾ കയറിയിറങ്ങി. വിസിറ്റ് വിസ അവസാനിക്കാൻ വെറും 10 ദിവസം മാത്രം ബാക്കി നിൽക്കെയാണ് ആദ്യ ജോലി ലഭിച്ചത്. മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് മേഖലയിൽ 9 മാസം ജോലി ചെയ്ത ശേഷം മറ്റൊരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ഏകദേശം 2 വർഷം ജോലി ചെയ്തു. അവിടെ നിന്നാണ് സ്വന്തം സംരംഭം എന്ന സ്വപ്നത്തിലേക്ക് ബിൻഷ കടന്നത്. ഇന്ന് BH Global എന്ന Financial Consultancy സ്ഥാപനം വിജയകരമായി മുന്നോട്ട് കൊണ്ടുപോകുകയാണ് ബിൻഷ.
