In this episode, Victor Vance encounters Sgt. Martinez at Phil's depot. He reminds Vic that he pays Phil, and Phil pays Vic, so Vic can't hurt him. Sgt. Martinez leaves, then Vic and Phil set out to hijack an arms truck. Episode 16: Truck Stop Mission Overview: In this episode, Vic must drive Phil to collect backup, waste the gun-runners that are guarding the weapons, block the truck's path, then protect the arms truck while Phil drives it to his depot in Viceport. While the final footage is a 'Perfect Run,' save states may have been used to ensure the highest quality presentation.
