Learn how to launch and operate NVIDIA GPU infrastructure on RunPod using Linux, CUDA, PyTorch, and SSH.
This video combines the first three lessons of our step-by-step course: **RunPod GPU Infrastructure**.
#What You'll Learn
Lesson 1 — Launch and Inspect a RunPod GPU:** Create your first GPU Pod, inspect Linux system resources, and verify CUDA and PyTorch.
Lesson 2 — Run a PyTorch Workload on the GPU:** Run real CPU and GPU computations, compare performance, and monitor GPU utilization and VRAM.
Lesson 3 — Connect to a RunPod GPU with SSH:** Configure SSH keys, connect from Ubuntu WSL, and manage your remote GPU environment.
Requirements
A RunPod account
Windows with Ubuntu WSL2, or another Linux environment for SSH
Basic familiarity with Linux terminal commands
RunPod GPU credits or funds to cover usage
You can follow along or simply watch to learn. RunPod is a paid GPU cloud service, and usage charges may apply. Each lesson uses a fresh Pod, which we terminate when finished.
