Rather than a traditional presentation, Dr Louise Harker will lead us through a series of real-world HITH cases exploring the "DAMA spectrum". Each case will be used to spark discussion, with attendees invited to share how they would manage the situation, how their service approaches similar cases, and what lessons they have learnt along the way.
