LEADERSHIP TALK ON “Empowering People, Delivering Results.” by Tan Sri Syed Zainal

A respected Malaysian corporate leader, Tan Sri Syed Zainal is known for his leadership roles in major automotive organizations including PROTON and PERODUA, where he drove organizational turnaround through strong execution and people-centered leadership. Many do not realized that Tan Sri Syed Zainal has an illustrious career with PETRONAS too. Tan Sri Sri Syed Zainal offered practical perspectives on leading transformation with clarity, discipline, and accountability. The session reinforced a clear message: strong leadership is defined by clarity of purpose, empowerment of people, and disciplined execution. The 80 Managers who are participants of the Conference enjoyed the Leadership Talk which last almost 2 hours. All THP Board Members were also present during the talk. The topic deliberated by TS Syed Zainal ignited the audience to keep posing various questions seeking his experience in managing some of the problematic business and managed to turn them around.
