In the sacred season of Lent, Archdiocese of Kuching Divine Lenten Retreat 2023 held from 24 to 26 February 2023 was an anointed and enlightening retreat. The theme, "BEHOLD I AM MAKING ALL THINGS NEW" (Rev. 21:5), touched the hearts of all the retreatants to live for Christ. The retreat was conducted by Rev. Fr. Michael Payyapilly VC, Director of Divine Retreat Centre Colombo, Sri Lanka and Rev. Fr. Joseph Kannampally VC, Regional Superior of Andhra Region of Vincentians, India. This video is the 4th talk of Day 2 by Fr. Joseph Kannampally VC. Fr. Joseph's talk is on the importance of daily prayer life to help us avoid temptation and stay rooted in Christ.
