Jani Lane RE-IMAGINED "Fingerprints"

Jani Lane Re-Imagined Continues With the Release of “Fingerprints” Stockholm, Sweden – The acclaimed Jani Lane Re-Imagined series returns with a powerful new installment: “Fingerprints.” This project once again breathes new life into the late Warrant frontman’s unreleased demos, pairing Lane’s unmistakable voice with newly recorded instrumentation and a modern production approach — all while staying true to his original spirit. Originally circulating only as a rough demo, “Fingerprints” has been fully re-imagined by Swedish producer and guitarist Chris Laney together with long-time collaborator Anders Ringman. With Lane’s isolated vocal tracks at its core, the team has rebuilt the song from the ground up — capturing the melodic hooks, heartfelt storytelling, and raw emotion that made Jani one of the most beloved voices of his generation. “‘Fingerprints’ is a song that shows Jani’s gift for blending vulnerability and power. When we heard the old demo, we knew it deserved to be re-introduced in the best way possible. This release is our way of honoring his artistry and letting fans experience the song as it might have sounded if Jani had fully realized it in the studio,” says Chris Laney. Jani Lane Re-Imagined has already gained attention among fans and media alike for giving Jani’s unreleased material a second life — songs that otherwise might have been lost to time. “Fingerprints” continues this mission, serving both as a tribute to Lane’s legacy and as an exciting new piece of music for hard rock fans worldwide.
