However, this is one conjunction that really can be tough to deal with and prompt the individual to wonder if they really are cursed in that area of life! What's happening here is that the North node's agenda of "experience first, process later", is being messed up by Saturn's agenda of "slow and steady wins the race". So the individual may often experience tons of delays, frustrations, difficulties, responsibilities and disappointments, conflicts etc. in the area of life as denoted by the conjunction's placement in the chart. But one important thing here that people often miss is that if you can find a way to 'work' with this conjunction by conscious practice of the necessary changes and life approaches, after the age of 42, it is possible to more than make up for all the lost time and opportunities. Since 'Rahu' is the energy of the 'future', indicating the soul's pending list of experiences and 'karma' in this lifetime, when it is conjunct Saturn, it is showing the soul that the majority of its experience in this lifetime is going to come through Saturnian lessons. What does this mean? It means that hard work, discipline, resilience, duty etc. are going to be central topics in the soul's syllabus here in the material plane.
