Preventing Commercial Diving Underwater Burning Accidents

This video explains how to help prevent underwater burning accidents in commercial diving when using an arc-oxygen torch. The diving sequences were filmed during a training dive, and the topside participants are not equipped with the safety equipment one would normally find during a working dive, such as hard hats, steel toe boots, and work vests.
