Reset Greenworks 40V Battery: 3 Methods

If your Greenworks 40vbattery isn’t charging, try one of these reset methods: With Another Greenworks 40v Battery – Connect positive to positive and negative to negative for ~15 seconds, then disconnect. With an 36V–40V Battery (Other Brand) – Do the same jump-start using a compatible battery (example: 40V Makita). With a DC Power Supply – Set to 30-40V/1A and connect positive and negative terminals correctly.
