We had plans to head north to Naga City… but then we changed our minds! Our family tuk-tuk adventure took an unexpected turn south from Legazpi to Ticao Island, where we set off for a dive at the famous Manta Bowl in Ticao Pass. Sometimes the best adventures are the ones you never planned!
