IDEA's Summer Knowledge Share: Embedding Global Citizenship Education (GCE) into Higher Education

The session focused on Embedding Global Citizenship Education (GCE) into Higher Education: Learnings from the First National GCE Digital Badge for Higher Education Staff. Participants learned about key insights from the pilot of the first National Global Citizenship Education (GCE) Digital Badge for higher education staff. Delivered between April and June 2026, the Open Course was developed in partnership with colleagues from Maynooth University, University College Cork, and Mary Immaculate College, with funding from the HEA National Forum.
