This is how I make my Benachin. Very easy to follow and delicious. Ingredients used: Rice, oil, tomato paste, onions, garlic, black pepper, yate(dried snail), MAGGI, salt, carrots, bell pepper, shrimps, tomatoes, eggs, bay leaves, habanero pepper, nokoss seasoning.
