The Valkyries Won It All Faster Than Anyone Expected - Exit Interview with Burton & Hayes

The Golden State Valkyries are WNBA champions, and Tiffany Hayes and Veronica Burton aren't letting anybody downplay it. In their exit interview, TIP goes deep on almost walking away from the game, why this first title deserves a museum, and the big question every Valkyries fan is asking: is she coming back? Hayes calls the season her "love of the game tour" and talks about free agency ("If it was up to me… but it's not just me"). She also opens up about butting heads with Natalie Nakase over the bench celebrations and how much the coach grew this year. Burton breaks down how she grew into a leader, the team dinners that built this group, and why winning and losing with grace is what she's proudest of. Then they get to Gabby Williams. Both players light up talking about her historic second half, the flow-state takeover that put the team on her back, and why everyone in that locker room knew what she could do long before the rest of the league caught on. 0:00 – Tip's "Love of the Game" Tour 2:50 – Is Tiffany Hayes Coming Back? 6:08 – Bench Celebrations & Natalie Nakase's Growth 8:29 – Veronica Burton Finds Her Voice 13:43 – Gabby Williams' Championship Takeover
