London’s Air Ambulance Charity has recently concluded its Up Against Time appeal and purchased two new Airbus H135 helicopters. This new fleet will continue to fly across London, saving the lives of critically injured people every day, lives like Jim’s. Jim, a prosthetic and orthotic expert and age-group international triathlete, needed the advanced care of London’s Air Ambulance in July 2020, when he was involved in a horrific incident that would see him rely on his training and education in ways he had never anticipated.
