Song Walking Football

When people outside walking football view my videos for the first time, they always say the same thing: "That's not walking." I have to agree - there's A LOT of 'NOT WALKING' going on. This is my way of de-stressing, with a bit of humour and A LARGE DOSE OF TRUTH! I picked one match at random, making this video - I could do the same with pretty much any session I have recorded. WE ALL NEED TO SLOW DOWN AND WALK!
