Faith not works? Abraham is the proof.

We are saved by faith, not by works. Paul gives the evidence for this by using Abraham as an example. Salvation has always been by faith, even in the old testament. We also compare James and Paul and notice that good works are the evidence of faith. Good works are how we can see faith in others, but not how we are justified with God.
