Welcome to My New Place! (Empty Apartment Tour)

Come on in! Today we are doing a walkthrough of my new retirement apartment home. I've only just got here, and the place is empty, so we can get a good look at the apartment features before the furniture comes. How will I set up the rooms? How will I decide what goes where? Only time will tell. 😉 My new apartment is about 850 square feet, with both North and South exposures. It's a one-bedroom apartment with an open floorplan. The walls are an eggshell white, and the cabinets are approximately the same. There are covered porches front and back. Please forgive my camera work -- I filmed some footage with no overhead lighting, and then I thought it would be a good idea to turn the lights on 🙄 . My camera got confused, and the walls turned yellow. Not a day goes by that I don't learn something new! Enjoy the tour and let me know in the comments what your favorite feature of your home is.
